On Tuesday, the 9th of June, our Junior and Senior students raised awareness for children and adults that may suffer from heart disease.
Our students have been training for weeks in preparation for the "Jump Rope for Heart" charity event which is aimed at raising both awareness as well as much needed funds for gravely ill people in need.
The students and staff used skipping ropes to get active and get their hearts pumping. Parents, family and friends could sponsor the students for their skipping effort, with all donations raised supporting the Heart Foundation.
The smiles on the students' faces were a memorable moment to share. Thank you to all the teachers, students and parents for making the day possible: You did make a difference.
Kind Regards
